Education qualification
Required Qualification: Non-Engineering Graduates only
Eligible Degrees:
- BSc – Information Technology
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
Technical skill
- Basic understanding of IT Operations / NOC / Application Support
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as: Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog
- Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
- Understanding of incident management and escalation processes
- Exposure to automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash – preferred)
- Ability to follow SOPs and document operational procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
